How long do I have to return an item?

You may return eligible products within 30 calendar days from the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

What condition must the item be in?

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, it still qualifies for a return — please include a clear photo of the issue when you contact us.

Is there any cost to return an item?

No. Returns are completely free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label and never charge a restocking fee.

How do I start a return?

Email our support team at info@lodgecasstirons.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and simple instructions. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization, as this can slow down processing.

How and when will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated.

If you need a different size or variant, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures your replacement is on its way to you as quickly as possible.
